Data Analyst

**Senti Capital** is a credit-scoring company building data-driven
lending products for the Tanzanian market. We're looking for a
**Data Analyst** to help our portfolio team prepare weekly performance
reports, dig into delinquency patterns, and surface insights that
shape underwriting policy.

## What you'll do

- Build and maintain weekly portfolio dashboards (SQL + Python).
- Investigate spikes in default rates and write short, sharp briefs
on what you find.
- Pull data for the credit and product teams on request.
- Work alongside our ML engineers as they iterate on our credit
scoring models — your analysis informs which features matter.

## What we're looking for

- 1+ year of analyst experience, or strong portfolio of analysis
work (school projects count if they're real).
- Comfortable with SQL and Python (pandas).
- Clear writer. We care about brevity.
- Bonus: experience with credit or lending data.
